I am an integrative psychotherapist with extensive experience. I support people through all of lives challenges, and can help if you are struggling with loss, anxiety or low mood. We will work together to alleviate some of the difficult feelings, thoughts and experiences you are going through.
I have a lot of experience working with bereavement and loss. Loss is not limited to the death of a loved one, it can also be anything from the loss of a relationship to loss of home or identity, anticipatory grief or a general feeling of loss. I support people with pet loss. I also have specialist training and interest in anxiety, trauma and sexual abuse.
I am a compassionate person and provide my clients a warm, non-judgemental and empathetic space, which is safe and confidential. Sessions will be tailored to your needs. I value my own personal counselling and supervision and will be my authentic self with you.
