I help people to work through anxiety, low self-worth, trauma and difficult childhood experiences. I understand that every person is unique and I'm here to help you work through your experiences in a way that honours your individuality. I use a blend of talking therapy and art therapy to help you address the psychological, emotional and physical effects of anxiety, low self-worth and trauma. My goal is to help you develop a healthy relationship with yourself and overcome anxiety and trauma in a way that feels safe and empowering.
The sessions I offer aim to help you manage anxiety, build your self-esteem and work through traumatic experiences. This can support you to express yourself, understand what's going on for you and help grow your internal skills to manage difficult thoughts and emotions.
