I am here to help you navigate difficult times and explore the challenges facing you in life, whatever they are, in a safe and comfortable space. I have extensive experience of supporting people with issues including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), suicidal ideation, self-harm, bereavement, relationship difficulties, social anxiety, identity and self-esteem. I offer a person centered and client- led approach in a safe and non-judgemental space. This means that you are in control of the direction of your therapy and empowered, while supported, to explore solutions that feel right for you.
I specialise in art therapy. Many people find the process of making art allows them to explore their inner world, develop greater self-awareness, express thoughts and feelings, and better cope with stress. No art experience or skill is required and art is only part of the broader support I offer. I offer both face to face and online sessions.
