My name is Natasha and I run The Wellness Project. I help individuals and couples to find a more vibrant and easeful way of life. I believe that if we work to understand your unique psychological make-up, with an appropriate level of support and challenge, change is possible. I consider us equally important in the process and will help you to feel comfortable - always working from a place of kindness and respect. My core training is in Transactional Analysis - however, I have significant post qualification training and consider myself to work integratively, drawing on lots of different theories and skills to best help my clients.
I am a registered member of the BACP, accredited by the NCPS and an Anxiety UK approved therapist. I am a certified to work face to face and online. My areas of special interest include: Anxiety and Depression - Couples Counselling - Men's Mental Health - Students/Young Adults - Trauma. I am a LGBTQIA+ ally.
I always tell my clients to remember that I have been in therapy too - and good counsellors continue to attend therapy beyond their training. With this in mind I won't judge you but will try to figure out what skills I have that can best support you. In TA we call this, 'I'm OK, You're OK'. Honestly, the hardest part is often picking up the phone.
