We’re naturally resilient, but it’s very hard to see ourselves sometimes when we’re stuck. Having another person to bounce things off of is freeing- it’s healing. So what does therapy look like? It’s usually a process of being heard, seen and cared about. My role is in helping you tap into your own inner resources to find the answers that are right for you. I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor offering long and short-term work with adults. Counselling is a place where you can speak freely; you will also find humour, compassion and acceptance.
My background includes a career in business sustainability, international aid, and community engagement. I've found that this diverse experience helps me to take a more flexible and inclusive approach to counselling work, so that I can engage with the distinct personal situation of each individual within their particular social or cultural circumstances.
