Hello, I’m Natasha, an HCPC registered Dramatherapist offering a confidential and creative space where together we can explore and think about the things in your life that you feel you need support with. My practice focuses on helping you make space to connect with the parts of yourself that need expression and tending to. Together we can explore these issues with the aim of enabling a process of self-discovery, healing and change to unfold.
I offer an arts based approach that can allow you to express and process things that you might not yet have the words for. Or it may be that you don’t feel able to talk about something directly, and an indirect approach where you can use image, movement, story or metaphor, may help you find new and enlightening ways to relate to your experiences.
I adapt my approach to work in a way that best suits you. No experience of drama or any arts/creative practice is necessary. Talking and thinking together is still a large part of how we will work. I offer a free 15 minute meeting to allow you to further explore if working together, and this approach, feels right for you.
