I am a Humanistic Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor; this means that I work in a relational style with a flexible approach adapting to individual needs. I offer short-term counselling that is useful in finding solutions for more immediate difficulties, and Psychotherapy that is generally longer, deeper work for the more complex problems you might be facing.
I am a curious human, fascinated by the way we relate to each other and ourselves.
