I help people living with the impact of mood challenges, anxiety, chronic stress, fatigue & chronic pain conditions - who feel out of balance in daily life & would like to be more ‘in the driving seat’; who would like to feel more regulated & calmer in their mind & in their body through learning coping skills & personalised strategies; who would like to feel better in themselves through enhancing mental, physical & emotional wellbeing; through understanding themselves & their health needs more; through support with building on what helps, so they may enhance their confidence and self-belief in supporting an enhanced quality of life.
I support people to live a life that has meaning and purpose for them, working alongside health challenges and barriers to wellness. I empower and support people’s readiness to make changes, building on confidence & self-understanding to support shifts in lifestyle, behaviour, activity patterns, self-regulation, coping strategies & self-management practices.
My sessions are collaborative, therapeutic & supportive & I bring a passion & professional curiosity for getting to know an individual’s ‘story’, their lives and what matters to them. I’ve worked with people from all different walks of life, many years working in the community, so giving me a valuable insight into the wider world & supporting my engagement.
