Hi, I’m Nafeesa. I’m a warm and friendly qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 11 years’ experience of working with adults and children and young people. Many people are feeling more anxious, depressed and need some additional support. I have extensive experience working with adults, children and young people on specific issues relating to trauma and identity and I’ve worked with people of all ages, genders, sexualities, cultures and religions. Due to my experience, I have advanced knowledge of complex issues such as domestic abuse, neurodiversity, addiction and complex mental health.
