I offer a warm, empathic and non-judgmental approach in our journey together. This will enable you to explore the sometimes painful feelings, past experiences and stuck patterns of behaviour that may be holding you back.
I have particular experience of working with bereavement, early life trauma, attachment difficulties, problematic family relationships and living with cancer. As a trained and experienced Educational Psychologist, I also have a sound understanding of living with additional needs such as Autism and ADHD and the challenges this can bring.
I am aware of how difficult it can be to take the first step in asking for help. I am passionate about helping others better understand themselves to bring about greater self-acceptance and change. I believe that change can lead you to a more fulfilling life and can help you to find and have the courage to be your authentic self.
