I am a professional therapist that's trained to work with children, adults and couples. If you or your child are experiencing difficulties with their well-being, relationships or mental health etc., then hopefully I will be be able to support you/them. I am adaptive in my practice and work on a client led basis, using lots of different therapy types in order to support personal growth.
My therapy can involve different talking methods or even play/art based methods for younger children, and may also include hypnotherapy (if suitable) in order to aim to meet need.
