You may be seeking therapy to deal with your relationships, anxiety, depression, living abroad, burn-out, crisis of meaning and life purpose, or your life in general, to name but a few. Naturally, our work will be tailored to your needs and desires. We can work on thought patterns or behaviours that don’t serve you anymore. Or we might want to explore earlier experiences or relationships that are keeping you stuck.

Helping you access your emerging 'more than' self

I have a holistic, future-focused approach and see the therapist-client relationship as the foundation of good therapy. Together, with mutual respect, confidentiality and compassion, we'll work to create awareness, deepen understanding and bring about transformation. Effective therapy must, in time, lead to tangible improvement in the way we live our lives.

Seeking therapy is daunting, but trust that you're here for a reason. Get in touch to schedule our first session. This is the opportunity to see if we want to work together. If we choose to continue, we will then sign the contract and book a further five sessions. We'll periodically review our work and meet weekly in an open-ended fashion.
