I tailor counselling techniques to meet your individual needs and circumstances so that you can gain an insight and understanding into your patterns of thinking, feeling or behaviour. I will also help you to come to terms with what cannot be changed and support you to move forward with a wide range of issues, but always at a pace that suits you.
