How are you? A simple question, that can feel so overwhelming. By reading my profile you are already on your way to finding a therapist to help diminish overwhelm, seek clarity and find peace in your life. Finding the right counsellor is a very important first step, as it is often the connection between therapist and client that brings about the most meaningful changes. If you are seeking a therapy space where I will listen to you without judgement and respond with compassion and empathy, then I can offer you that.

I work using an Integrative Person-centred approach to counselling. I am trained in Creative arts therapy, therefore should you be willing, alongside talking I may introduce symbols, metaphor or creative activity into the sessions. I work 1:1 with clients, and I cover all ages with competence.

I offer a free 20 minute remote consultation for you to decide whether I am the therapist you want by your side. You might be feeling hopeless, anxious, lost, numb or overwhelmed. These are just a few of the feelings you can bring to a counselling session with me. Sessions are £45 per online session, £40 for teens and students. I am only working online now.
