I have experience working in NHS primary care as well as running my own practice. In the first five to six years of our life we develop 'blueprints' for belonging in and operating in the world. These childhood blueprints may pose difficulties in adulthood as you engage with key life areas.
These feelings of discouragement and of not being able to cope with the pressures of life is what often creates these challenges. My work with clients is to find a way to face current challenges by understanding where these feelings stem from and to accept that it is now possible to do things differently.
