I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist accredited through the BABCP. I am also an EMDR Therapist and Interpersonal Psychotherapist, working within mental health and corporate wellbeing services. I recognize the growing need for the effective delivery of evidence-based therapies. I offer client-centered therapy to help you to find the best way forward. This is done by offering a collaborative relationship, which will help you make the changes you want, to gain more understanding which can lead to healthier well-being.
I have a special interest in working with Trauma and PTSD and ADHD . I have also worked with people presenting with Complex Trauma, and complex grief. I have experience of treating a range of anxiety-related problems. I also offer specific therapy to Vegans and Animal Rights Activists/Advocates and also offer Coaching and Vegan mentoring as a vegan myself.
I would describe myself as a warm, compassionate and empathic person, who has worked within various therapy modalities over the years. I am intuitive to your needs and believe that the 'client', being 'you' is always at the centre or 'heart' of the therapeutic process. I also believe that good CBT should be collaborative, adaptable and flexible.
