I have worked with clients in many different areas, including depression, relationship problems, anxiety, stress, low self esteem, trauma and shame. I can offer a trusting, non-judgemental and safe space where you can talk through any problems that are preventing you from living a better life.
I have particular experience working with adults who have suffered sexual abuse, either as a child or later in life. This can be very frightening for people and I always work very slowly and carefully, mindful of how difficult and painful this can be to talk about.
I believe people have resilience and strength, however, sometimes we get stuck and need some encouragement to move forwards. With my support, warmth, understanding and empathy, challenges can be overcome.
