Talking with your Counsellor can help you to gain clarity and understanding about your thoughts, feelings and emotions, and see how you can use them to help you to grow with, or around them.
I work relationally and listen intently, so you feel heard, and so I understand what is happening for you, working to find your voice, your path and indeed, yourself! I work with bereavement; loss; life limiting and life threatening illness; and have worked in charities and hospice settings. I can also help with anxiety, depression etc. Please ask.
I aim to tailor your sessions to your individual needs in a compassionate and accepting way so you feel supported and empowered.
