I am a BACP registered Psychotherapist based in Manchester City Centre. I work face to face and online with both short-term and long-term therapy. My initial core training and qualification is a BSc (Hons) Counselling and Psychotherapy: Professional Practice, from University of Salford. I then went on to gain a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy at University of Salford. Drawn to the evidence based 'third wave CBT' psychological therapies, I went on to study Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) in more depth.
My therapy sessions offer time and a safe space dedicated to you, to explore your experiences without judgement. I believe that you are the expert of your experience, but with my training and knowledge we can work together to help you move towards a more content and fulfilling life.
I provide an initial free 15 minute telephone consultation, where we will discuss what you wish to gain from your therapy sessions and how we may work together to achieve this. This will also give us the opportunity to establish if we would work well together, before you commit to therapy.
