I believe that what help us come unstuck is being in a therapeutic relationship with another person who provides care, empathy, and discretion while being a whole, honest, and personal human being. I will accompany you as we journey through what's causing you pain, anxiety, or grief, and provide you with the experience of being in a real relationship with someone who values you and, most importantly, wants to see you flourish. If you're looking for someone to tell you what to do, I'm not for you. But if you're looking for someone who'll help you to work out what's happened and how to move forward, please get in touch.

I'm a relational psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist. We'll meet as two human beings in a relationship that assists in our understanding of how you relate to people, places, and objects in the world outside the counselling room. In turn, this will help you to break old patterns, put old ghosts to rest, and experience what it's like to be free.

I haven’t always been a counsellor and psychotherapist. In my former career, I knew what it's like to feel pain and anxiety on a daily basis, and to feel under pressure, under-valued, and at breaking point. Being a counsellor and psychotherapist, however, enables me to do something I love: to meet and get to know new people, and to help them flourish.
