I believe that not a single person will live a lifetime without feeling stressed, anxious or low at some point in their life. I am a CBT & EMDR Therapist and have worked in the NHS and private practice since 2013. My passion is to support those who are struggling to live more fulfilling lives, free of their emotional difficulties and increasing their confidence. My strengths are working with clients in the perinatal period, OCD, stress and disordered eating.
