Hi, I am sure that there are many different reasons that brought you here to read these lines. Maybe you are experiencing negative emotions and feel overwhelmed by them. I work with people who experience different kinds of anxiety - students who feel anxious, people who are nervous about their job interview or giving presentations in front of others, people who have phobias, low self-esteem/worth. I have worked with people who feel stuck and cannot make decisions or take actions.
I believe in effectiveness of evidence-based practices such as CBT or ACT. The sessions will focus on exploring your thoughts, about others, and the world. You will gain more understanding of your emotions and patterns of your behaviour. I will provide skills training and we can discuss strategies that will help you manage stressful situations.
