Hi, I’m Elle, I’m the lead therapist at Mental-Health4u. I’m a mental health and neurodivergent therapist with over 10 years of experience. I pride myself on being a warm and caring practitioner who is never afraid to go the extra mile. I offer Eclectic therapy focusing on presenting difficulties and drawing on strengths, CBT based anxiety sessions, EMDR, EFT, Systemic Family Practice, and ADHD and Autism Post Diagnostic support.
