Hey lovely, welcome! If you’ve found my profile you might have been scrolling for a while and not yet found a counsellor you’re completely sure of. I’m Meghan - I work with children, teenagers and adults, and can help with a range of presenting issues by working in an integrative way. I offer a safe, warm, non-judgemental space for us to work through things that are important to you.
Counselling can be scary! Many people envision the stereotypical leather couch, and being analysed by a therapist with glasses and a clipboard… Being a younger person in my field, I love breaking down this stereotype (although I DO wear glasses). Amongst digging deep and processing emotions, my sessions involve creativity, humour and learning.
