Psychodynamic counselling gives a great deal of significance to the role of early life experiences in shaping our psychological development and our relationships as adults. I offer a space to explore yourself.
Your initial appointment will give you an opportunity to meet with me to discuss what you might like to talk about in your sessions and for you to decide whether you will feel comfortable working with me. Once we have agreed to work together we will arrange a mutually suitable, regular time to meet. We will meet for 50 minutes weekly.
