You may have noticed that I'm male - not a common thing amongst therapists but often critical in challenging past negative experiences of masculinity. I've learnt to be a man who is comfortable being kind, nurturing and vulnerable but still strong, especially with feeling my own emotions, because sometimes 'feeling' can be really scary for us all.

My therapy rooms are specially designed to give you all the resources you might need while keeping you safe and comfortable.

You need to feel safe, listened to and understood and you need the confidence that I have the skills to help you on your journey. I can give you all of those things. In my work with children I use creativity to help the child tell and process their story. With adults we can sit and talk or use those same creative methods to make change - you have the option.

So who am I? I'm someone who, in the past, has experienced the discomforts of mental health, both personally and with people I love very much. I've been hurt by unhealthy & toxic relationships - both family and romantic. I've experienced great grief & loss. I know how it feels but also how to help move through these experiences and live a freer life.
