Through my personal experience with depression and working through my problems in counselling i understand how difficult it can be, just finding the right counsellor for you can feel overwhelming. Wanting to help those in the position i found myself in has driven me to where I am today. My goal is to empower my clients to achieve their personal and professional goals and to improve their overall quality of life. I provide a safe space to explore and understand your experiences at your own pace. My belief in treating everyone with dignity, respect, compassion and equality forms the foundation of my practice.
I offer a wide range of counselling services, including individual counselling, face-to-face or online, and couples counselling. For issues such as and not limited to depression, anxiety, bereavement and self-harm. My services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each of my clients.
