As a psychotherapeutic counsellor, I will encourage awareness, and facilitate change, using transactional analysis psychotherapy tools and drawing on my rich personal life experience and previous work with clients. I work with a broad range of clients who come to me with anxiety, depression, addiction, grief and loss, relationship, work issues, stress, and low self-esteem.
I worked in the music industry for thirty years prior to becoming a professional psychotherapeutic counsellor. It’s given me a wide and varied range of life experiences which I feel enhance my abilities to work in the field of counselling and psychotherapy.
I offer a safe, environment in which we will work together. Over the course of our sessions, we will contract to explore what your goals and difficulties are, and what may be stopping you from reaching or overcoming them. We will explore how you feel, think and behave in regard to yourself, and others, and how making positive changes can benefit you.
