Anxiety and depression are horrible and can be caused by bereavement, loss of job, relationship problems, health worries; Sometimes there is no apparent reason. You desperately want to feel like yourself again, but how? Counselling can be the first step on the road to feeling better. Maybe you are stressed, burnt-out, anxious, depressed, don't know which way to turn. I can work with you on these feelings; I am also trained in counselling for trauma and bereavement. I have worked with several agencies including Mind, 2 Wish and New Pathways.
