I am a qualified and experienced Family and Systemic Psychotherapist working with families,individuals and couples. I currently work online and face to face in Twickenham. I have worked in child and adolescent mental health services in the NHS & Education for over 35 years. I have experience in working with families,at all stages of life, and specialise in working with young people where there is ADHD, Autism,anxiety and low mood and adult families where there may be ongoing unresolved issues or mental health difficulties. Much of my couple work focuses on disagreements and tensions around parenting styles.
Whether it be working with you as an individual,couple,parent or your wider family the focus of Family Therapy is to improve communication and build on your strengths to help you feel less "stuck". This comes through a shared understanding and respectful discussions which lead to improved and more meaningful relationships .
