Are you looking for therapy where you can be yourself and feel understood? I offer neurodiversity-affirming psychodynamic therapy for clients who have ADHD, are autistic, or are exploring if they might be neurodivergent. Therapy is a space to explore, process, and understand your feelings and experiences. Neurodiversity shapes how a person experiences the world, bringing gifts as well as challenges. As a neurodivergent therapist, I know first-hand the importance of talking to someone who gets it. I offer a free online first session to all new clients to help you decide whether I’m the right therapist for you.
I provide psychodynamic therapy, which means that in our sessions I can help you to explore how past life experiences and relationships shape your life today. Therapy is completely confidential and you can talk about whatever is on your mind. We can explore how your experience of being neurodivergent plays a part in the issues you bring to therapy.
I provide both short-term and long-term psychodynamic therapy, either online or in person in Brighton & Hove. Online sessions are on Zoom, and can be either video calls or audio-only calls.
