I'm a highly experienced therapist, holding MA/PGDIP in Integrative Psychotherapy. I'm trained in a range of modalities, so I tailor my approach to suit your needs. Therapy can be an enlightening journey, interrogating some assumption, beliefs and behaviours, and introducing a range of new perspectives and possibilities. The aim is to lead a richer life.
You may feel stuck, with unwanted patterns repeating themselves. In our first session we'd explore, with your permission, what's brought you to therapy and address any questions you might have.
