I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and I am currently accepting new clients. For the past 10 years I have been working as a CBT Therapist with the NHS specialising in working with Depression & Anxiety Conditions. I hold a particular interest in working with clients presenting with Low Mood/Low Self Esteem and General Anxiety.
Using Cognitive Behavioural techniques we will explore the relationship between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. By exploring the relationship between these different areas I will support you to make positive changes to your life. Sometimes this may involve exploring the relationship between past and present events.
I am a warm empathic practitioner who offers clients a safe environment to overcome their difficulties in line with their values and goals. I offer a free 15 minute consultation in order to give clients the opportunity to ask any questions about the therapy process.
