Hi my name is Martin and my key belief is that the outdoor environment is healing and can add real depth to counselling sessions.I specialise in providing counselling sessions in the natural world. Our daily lives are often so busy that we don’t have a moment too think of the bigger picture. Counselling does not provide any magic wands. What counselling can do is offer a safe space in the storm where you can pause and really take stock of what is happening.
When we are feeling low and being being harsh with ourselves it can be a real relief for someone to relate to us in a compassionate and patient way.
I work in and around the Glasgow area, including, Pollok Country Park, Queen's Park, Linn Park and Mugdock Country Park. The emphasis is on relaxing peaceful sessions lasting 1-2.
