I am accredited psychotherapist/counsellor working with individuals and couples specialising in anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, addictions, family problems, relationships issues. My experience includes work with people from different backgrounds in NHS, mental health agency, domestic violence service, drug&alcohol agency.
I provide confidential short term counselling and long term psychodynamic therapy. The insight obtained in therapy, will help you to better identify your needs and will give you greater freedom and maturity when responding to difficult situations and indeed, everyday life.
