I am a highly experienced counsellor and counselling supervisor. I offer 1-1 counselling and sessions for couples where you can explore whatever difficulties you are experiencing, in a safe, non-judgemental setting. I work in a non-directive way so the pace and agenda for the sessions are set by you. I feel that it is important for clients to find a counsellor that is right for them I, therefore, offer a free 30-minute initial session where we can decide if it feels right to work together.
I have a great deal of experience working with all sorts of client issues. I work particularly with bereavement, relationship issues and substance misuse. However, I am comfortable working with whatever you wish to bring, the time is yours to explore whatever you feel will help you.
