You may want to talk about anxiety, addiction or depression; you may be looking to cope with some life event such as a bereavement, divorce, redundancy or a relationship problem; or you might be feeling stuck in a rut and that you want more out of life. You will be able to explore what might lie behind the feelings you're experiencing, or what might lie behind certain thoughts or behaviours that you're not finding helpful. All these things can be helped and supported by talking confidentially.
We shall work together in weekly 50 minute one-to-one sessions via Zoom until it is safe to work face to face. We shall regularly review and agree the number of sessions we commit to. I think it is helpful to have goals and I shall support you in exploring what those goals are, both short and long term.
I believe that you have all the resources you need to resolve the issues you face. I see my role as supporting you in accessing those resources. I am available on Tuesday & Thursday evenings and during the daytime on Wednesdays. I offer an initial half hour consultation at no cost.
