I’m not here to judge or offer advice. I’m here to listen and to help you navigate the changes you want to make in order to grow and move forward in your life. I can support you to consider how your past experiences inform you today and how they might impact your future. This allows the therapy to be a creative and collaborative process; I'm an advocate of no one-size-fits-all. I work ‘integratively’, which means that I integrate a wide range of therapeutic approaches. I adapt my approach to align with you and what you want to gain from therapy.
I would like to support you to experiment with a different narrative; to discover unacknowledged parts of yourself; to feel more alive and at home within your body. Core to my approach is cultivating a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist.
Drop me an email to arrange a time for an initial session. I have availability to take on new clients for both online and in-person sessions. I offer an open, honest and confidential safe space in which to explore whatever you want to explore. If you don’t know where to start, then we will figure this out together.
