Hello. I'm Mark, a professionally qualified therapist offering outdoor walk-and-talk nature therapy, or in-a-room and online counselling. I integrate nature's tranquillity into therapy sessions to guide you towards healing and growth wherever you are on your journey to mental wellness. I'm a British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) member based in London. I have worked with teens over 16 to mature adults. I specialise in stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, self-esteem, the inner critic, the inner child, loss, growing up in a dysfunctional home, codependency, sexuality, relationships, and ADHD.
You will have a confidential space where you can talk about your concerns. Going into counselling might be hard for some, so I will try my best to put you at ease and assist you through the process. I offer integrative counselling, which is person-centred and psychodynamic. These approaches are uniquely tailored to you, linking your past to your present.
