Once a friendly trusting connection had been established, I will look into your life and your progression from child to adulthood, and to help you to manage and maintain a any situation that you have or are experiencing. In many situations our early formative years have shaped our thoughts and actions, these may need to be revisited and tweaked
I believe in giving my clients a space to be free , to be able to relax , share any experience at their own pace, the best work and results come from a very trusting and warm friendly relationship, I’m not a suit I’m a person who has lived through many experiences and assist my clients to the best of my ability , whilst maintaining a professional background
