I was born and raised in Italy. I came to England and studied psychology at university and then I trained as a mental health nurse. I have worked in the NHS as individual and group psychotherapist for over 25 years, in a variety of settings and different levels of complexity. I trained as a Group Analyst at the Institute of Group Analysis in London and I have extensive experience in running groups. I have facilitated experiential groups in the statutory and third sector settings as well as staff reflective practice groups. I trained as a supervisor at the IGA and offer supervision. I am a member of the IGA and I belong to the UKCP.
I offer individual psychotherapy and group psychotherapy. I am a qualified supervisor and offer supervision of clinical practice. I facilitate experiential groups and offer staff reflective practice. I am a Mentalization Based Treatment Practitioner with considerable experience in this field and I am an MBT supervisor.
I believe that taking care of our mental health is a fundamental basic need and is necessary to our own general sense of well-being, as well as enabling us to have happy and meaningful relationships with others and the world around us. Psychotherapy Group
My psychotherapy group is a mixed gender adult group, for people who are struggling with relationship difficulties, who feel that they have not achieved their full potential and want to better understand how their past has impacted on their present so that they can move forward in the here and now. They may have feelings of anxiety and depression and they want to genuinely feel better about themselves and improve their relationships. The group meets in person once a week on a Wednesday evening in NW3.
