I understand what a huge step it is in seeking help and support and the courage it may have taken to make the first contact. Whether you are a young person or an adult I will offer you a non-judgemental, empathic safe space to share your thoughts and feelings. I offer individual counselling within my private practice with young people from the age of 8 upwards and adults of any age. I am a warm, friendly, Person-Centred therapist. I want to make a genuine connection with you, so you feel heard understood and supported in whatever you choose to share with me. I will offer you respect, and care about your thoughts and emotions.
I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and registered member of the BACP. I have a specialist counselling diploma in working with Children and Young People and a BA (Hons) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have over 20 years’ experience supporting young people in a large secondary school and can offer online or face to face counselling.
I am a specialist children and young people's therapist as well as working with adults. I have experience working in schools, counselling organisations and as a school counsellor.
