I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and accredited CBT Therapist. I draw on a wide range of models (i.e. CBT, Internal Family systems, Psychodynamic, Systemic therapies) in addition to personality structures to help my clients to understand themselves better and learn strategies to feel more content in life.
