I believe that there is not just one therapeutic approach that can help you in a set of circumstances. I take into account that everyone is unique and there experience the world differently.
As an counsellor. I believe it is very important to build a therapeutic relationship by providing a nurturing environment along with confidentiality and compassion and no judgement. I believe people should have the freedom to explore their uncomfortable feelings, which I believe will help them reconnect with themselves and others.
