I work with individual adults and couples from all backgrounds, abilities, sexual orientations and gender identities to help them gain insight and fresh perspectives on life, relationships, and other issues that cause distress.
I have spent over two decades working with people who find themselves in difficult situations requiring understanding and thoughtful reflection. My specialist training in working with relationship dynamics, attachment disorders, adult sexuality and family systems creates a space for deeper exploration and improved communication.
Additionally I have completed a one-year diploma-level training in cybertherapy enabling me to work safely and ethically online. It takes courage to take the first step towards counselling, but out of that courage grows the hope that things can get better with insight and personal growth.
