It could just be that life is happening around you but you find yourself lost in the routine and want to find your dreams again…
I offer a space where you can pause, reflect and be truly heard. I am sensitive to the needs of each individual and offer compassion, safety and no judgement; so that you can be free to express yourself without fear. My approach integrates different styles of therapy and together we can explore what will be most useful for your journey towards healing.
I currently offer session online only (by email, chat or videocall). I am happy to offer you a 30 minute phone conversation, so that we can discuss how we can work together.
