Are you struggling with your emotions and the moment, are they swinging up and down, you can't quite pinpoint why you feel the way you do? Is Covid and lockdown, tiering and all the various restrictions put in place, causing you to overthink what is going on for you and in your home? Or maybe Covid has raised some old memories and you're struggling to put them aside - maybe it feels like someone is controlling you or that you don't have any control? All you want to do is get on with life, not much to ask, but all this seems to be getting in the way.

Let me help you see the wood for the trees using my unique blend of listening and learning to feel what it's like to be you; using grounding techniques and relaxation, and using CBT/psychological education to move you beyond anxiety.

In my initial free consultation I will ask you to speak about your main concerns, and what you are hoping to gain from our work together. In our sessions I will ask you to say more about your concerns and we will begin to look at ways I can support you. Often this starts by getting an understanding of your emotions (sad, angry) and biggest fear/s.
