I offer creative, client-centred therapy for lasting change; reconnect to health, motivation, meaning & joy. I use a variety of approaches, based on what best suits each client including talking, clarifying personal narrative, working through the body using movement and physicality, using art materials, etc. Most sessions combine several modes at once. I emphasise observing the specificity of individual experience, past and present, and using that as a springboard from which to initiate change and fulfill desires for the future.
Clients come to me for a variety of reasons, including: depression and anxiety; processing trauma; family upheaval; breakdown in relationship between parents and children; relationship issues; navigating life changes; self-destructive and/or obsessive patterns of behaviour; existential questions; identity questions; transgenerational trauma
