With over 10 years experience working across not for profit, education and mental health settings, I am passionate about supporting individuals, children and young people with their mental health and wellbeing. As a registered Art Psychotherapist, I use an integrated approach. Often using art mediums as a key role within the therapeutic setting, I use theoretical knowledge, experience and skills in different modalities to meet the needs and interests of clients. Based in Great Missenden, my office is easily accessible by car and train.
I have spent the year specialising in areas of Trauma and Attachment, from infants through to adults. Currently working towards becoming an accredited EMDR therapist. I also offer clinical supervision in the areas of children and young people.
