If you’re feeling worried, low or stressed, then you’ve found the right place. My name is Maria, and I am a BACP Accredited Integrative Therapist with many years’ experience working in the public, private, voluntary, and independent sectors. Currently I work as a lecturer at a university teaching undergraduate students in counselling and psychotherapy and I am also working as a psychotherapist at another university. My priority is to create a safe and confidential space where you always feel comfortable and listened to. We will work towards the goals you would like to achieve, and I will be with you every step of the way.
My experience is diverse, and I have worked with eating disorders, anxiety, low mood, trauma, stress management and relationships amongst other areas. I have worked with young people as a School Counsellor at a secondary school. I am also a Lecturer in Counselling at university, a trainee Clinical Supervisor and provide therapy to healthcare professionals.
